   Consignors receive 80% of sale price, 20% will go directly to Northside’s Children's Ministry.

   A $5 participation fee will be deducted from your profit. (Your fee will be waived if you recruit a new consignor, volunteer to work a shift, are a teenager selling on your own, or did not reach a $50 sale threshold.)

   Checks will be mailed to the address you indicate on your in-take form the following week.

 

Accepted Items:

   Fall Children and teen clothing and shoes(in good, clean condition)  -- we will accept other items but reserve the right to display only items that fit in season if space does not allow 

   Toys, household equipment, electronics, outdoor equipment, bedding, books

   Maternity clothing (current styles only, please)

Limits:

   Stuffed animals should be New With Tags or perform some kind of action

   50 books per consignor

 

Consignment Sale Tagging:

   Tags must be either:

   Index cards

   Or Printed from the online site

   We accept tags from other sales.

   Consignor number–Use your initials and last four digits of your phone number. (e.g. NS1234)

   Clothing must be on hangers pointing to the left. Place tag on right shoulder.

   Put a large red dot, “X” (or ND) by the price for items not to be sold at 50% off on Saturday & Sunday

   Toys with small parts must be in clear bags. Any small parts that go with large items should be secured in a bag and taped to the larger item. Tape the tag to the outside of the bag. All clear bags must be sealed with packing tape.

   We will have a special rack for “play clothes” that don’t meet our standards consigning requirements. Please price these items $1 and use a green marker or crayon to mark the tags with a large green star to indicate that they may be stained or faded.  (Depending on space constraints -- If we do not have space for this rack, it may only be brought out towards the end of the sale or on ½ price times.)

Participation Fee:

·         Consignors receive 75% of the sale price, 25% will go directly to Northside’s Debt Relief Campaign.

·         Toys and baby gear in gently used condition

·         Maternity clothing (current styles, please)
